Welcome to GymBilling. By accessing or using our gym management web and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. User Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

3. Membership & Subscription

  • Gym memberships are offered on a subscription or fixed-duration basis.
  • Users must pay applicable fees in advance.
  • Access to services may be restricted if payment is not completed.

4. Payments

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways such as Razorpay.
  • We do not store your card or banking details.
  • Users agree to provide valid payment information.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. In special cases, refunds may be processed at the sole discretion of GymBilling or the respective gym.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the system
  • Provide false or misleading information

7. Gym Liability Disclaimer

GymBilling is a management platform and is not responsible for any physical injury, health issues, or accidents that may occur during gym usage. Users are advised to consult a medical professional before starting any fitness program.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available. Maintenance or technical issues may occur.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms.
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior may result in permanent bans.

10. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to data collection and usage as described.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and features of GymBilling are the intellectual property of GymBilling and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways. We are not responsible for their policies or actions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
