  • Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Users are responsible for reviewing plan details before making a purchase.
  • No refunds will be provided for unused time or partial usage of any subscription.

4. Exceptional Cases

In rare and exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of GymBilling or the respective gym management. However, there is no guarantee that any refund will be issued.

5. Payment Issues

If you experience any payment-related issues such as duplicate transactions or failed payments, please contact us immediately. Verified issues may be reviewed and resolved accordingly.

6. Third-Party Payment Gateways

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. GymBilling is not responsible for any delays, failures, or issues caused by these payment services.
